I stayed for 4 nights and loved the location—so close to great restaurants! The lobby is nice and had a cozy bar area. The staff were super friendly, which was a nice touch. The room was comfy, but honestly, it could use a refresh. Overall, had a good time exploring the area!

It was just an excellent fit for a couple of nights in San Antonio with high value for money. The valet fellows were super nice and made our check-in easy. Parking can be tricky, so using valet might save time.

The valet parking cost a staggering $32 per day, which feels excessive compared to nearby garages. My room had a few cleanliness problems, including hair in the bathtub, which was disappointing. The shower didn't drain properly, which made showering uncomfortable. One of the elevators was broken during my stay, creating long waits and confusion. Late housekeeping service also added to the inconvenience. I had to ask multiple times for clean towels. While the staff at the bar was friendly, I noted inconsistent hours, which made it hard to plan for drinks. There’s definitely potential here, but several aspects need attention to enhance the stay experience.
